2、 Product Introduction:

JLS-35 oil immersed high voltage metering box with instrument box, commonly known as high voltage metering box, is used in 50-60HZ AC three-phase system network. The products are connected by V/V to form a three-phase energy measurement device. The instrument box can be installed separately for safety and easy meter reading, or it can be installed on the front of the box as a whole. Users can freely choose according to their needs. This product is an oil immersed self cooling type, suitable for outdoor use (of course, it is also suitable for indoor use), and the box contains transformer oil.

3、 Acceptance and pre use inspection
1. Appearance inspection: The product is well sealed, the porcelain parts are undamaged, and the factory documents (certificate of conformity, user manual) are complete.
2. Measure the insulation resistance to ground once with a 2500 volt megohmmeter, and the value should not be less than 1000M Ω. (Air humidity should not exceed 75%) Conduct a short-term power frequency withstand voltage test, and the test voltage value should be 80% of the factory test value.
After long-term storage, the product must undergo inspections in sections 5.1, 5.2, and 5.3 before use.
3. Before installation, it is necessary to check and calculate whether the load matches, and the installation should comply with the marked load values.
4、 Usage and precautions
1. If this product is used to measure the electricity of branch lines or to assess line losses, it can be used for measurement
The box is installed on the bracket of the electric pole.
When used to measure the high voltage side electricity of power transformers, it can be installed on the same platform as the transformer or on a pole.
2. When the phase sequence of the newly installed and running metering box is found to be reversed, there will be a phenomenon where the active energy meter still rotates forward and the reactive energy meter reverses, causing metering errors. To ensure accurate metering of the metering box, any two high-voltage sides of the metering box should be swapped and the metering box should be switched to positive phase sequence.
3. When this product is used for measuring electricity in a two-phase one ground power line, the ground should be connected to phase B of the measuring box, and the other two phases should be connected in positive phase sequence to prevent additional measurement errors.
When lifting the product, the lifting rod on the fuel tank must be used.
4. The secondary terminal b of the combined transformer and the grounding bolt on the oil tank should be reliably grounded to avoid accidents.
